Gamestop Interested in Selling Used DLC????? | 8-Bit Eric

Awhile back Gamestop had a rumor going around that they would be interested in selling used Downloadable content (DLC) to their customers. A variety of people have made a video talking about Downloadable content in video games, so I figured I would throw my opinion on it as well. I am confused on to how Gamestop would be able to sell, price, or even itemized used Downloadable content.
